📦 全家冷凍店到店【滿2000免運】，商品總重建議最多不超過【9.2】公斤，超重將告知需重新下單拆成多筆訂單，或選擇宅配的方式。

📦 冷凍宅配【滿2500免運】，未滿2500元運費【225】元。

📦 外島地區的訂單滿3000元才有寄送，免運費。


賣場注意事項

❗ 商品大小或重量皆會有些許誤差，少部分同包裝但不同規格之商品，出貨以實際重量為準，非包裝上標示。

❗ 若商品包裝真空失效、或因運送過程中導致內容物碎裂、包裝或封口破損，可申請退換貨。

❗ 為保障權益，建議開箱時全程錄影，若商品有短缺，請於取貨後24小時內反映，以便協助處理。

❗ 商品一經拆封或未冷凍保存妥善導致變質，一概不接受退換貨。

❗ 若退貨後剩餘商品金額未達原訂單免運門檻，原先出貨之運費也須由買家負擔，待賣家收到退貨商品確認數量及品質無誤後，再進行退款，若無瑕疵不接受退貨。

❗ 冷凍食品解凍後請盡快料理並食用完畢，避免重複退冰與冷凍。

❗ 生鮮食品不適用於消費者保護法第19條，並不享有7天鑑賞期。
